摘要
借用先进的非线性有限元技术分析高速HSK主轴 /刀具联结的变形及接触应力分布规律。研究表明 ,在离心力的作用下 ,按照ISO12 16 4 1制造的刀柄不会与主轴完全接触 ,极大地影响了主轴 /刀具的联结特性。提高过盈量可以很好地解决该问题 ,从而提高加工精度。
By means of the advanced nonlinear FEA technology, the performance of the spindle/toolholder interface under high rotational speed is investigated. We found that the toolholder made according to the ISO 12164 1 can not entirely contact with the spindle bore under the action of the centrifugal forces. This effect greatly influences the joint characteristics between the spindle and the toolholder. The large interference is enough to solve this problem, and thereby improves machining accuracy.
