摘要
表面电机是利用电磁力进行无摩擦和高精度运动的新型电机。国内对表面电机的研究还处于起步阶段。目前国外已有一些科研院校对表面电机进行研究。本文针对电机的不同结构 ,讨论它们的性能和特性。通过对不同结构的电机进行计算和比较 。
The difference of surface motor(SFM) structure influences its dynamic model. The nonlinear dynamic characteristic of the “solenoid” type is more complex than that of the “winding” type by discussing and comparing the distribution of the magnetic density and that of force. The type of magnetic levitation SFM can cause force coupling and irregular force distribution. A novel SFM containing air bearing and windings is exploited for next generation manufacture.
