摘要
综述了国内外对砷剂诱导细胞凋亡的研究进展 ,以便更好地探求和开辟治疗恶性肿瘤的新途径。
A review with 20 references is given on recent progress in apoptosis of malignant tumor cells induced by arsenic trioxide aims at opening up a new way for treating malignant tumor.Arsenic trioxide(As 2O 3)is a extremely toxic substance,but since it was used for treating acute promyelocyutic leukaemia(APL)for the first time by Chinese medical specialists and the effect was satisfactory,researchers in China and other countries have studied more in the treatment of cancer using arsenic trioxide recently.It has been proved that the mechanism is its induction of cell apoptosis.
