320例儿童手指血微量元素结果分析

Analysis on Trace Elements in Finger Blood among 320 Children

为对门诊健康体检的 3 2 0例 0～ 1 0岁儿童手指血的微量元素及其相关情况进行分析 ,用原子吸收光谱仪测定了其指血的铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的含量。结果表明 ,锌缺乏随着年龄的增加逐渐减少 ,铁、钙缺乏随着年龄的增加而逐渐增多。提示孝感市 1个月～ 1 0岁的儿童存在一定的微量元素缺乏 ,应注意均衡饮食 ,加强锌、铁。

To analysize the results and related conditions of trace elements detected through finger blood among 320 children range from 0 to 10 years old in outpatient health examination at our hospital,the content of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Fe in finger blood was determined by HB 5100 atomic absorption of trace elements with five paths.The result showed that znic deficiency decreased,while iron and calcium deficiency increased along with the gradual increasing of age.It concludes children range from 1 month old to 10 years old are in absence of trace elements to some extent,and should pay attention to the balance of diet,and strengthen the supplement and absorption of znic iron and calcium.
