广东省西南部沿海三市的翡翠贻贝、虾米、蠔中矿物质元素的研究

Study on Mineral Elements in Jadeite Shellfish,Dried Shrimps,Oyster of Three Coastal City of Southwest of Guangdong Province

用火焰原子分光光度法测定了广东省阳江、茂名、湛江三地的翡翠贻贝、虾米、生虫豪中的 1 1种矿物质元素含量。结果表明 ,这三种水产品是优质食品 ,富含对人体有益的营养元素 。

The content of eleven mineral elements of jadeite shellfish,dried shrimps,oyster of Yangjiang,Maoming,Zhanjiang in Guangdong province was determined by FAAS.The result showed that three marine products are high quality food, which containing plenty nutrition elements.They have high nutrition value.
