摘要
针对唐钢近 2年提高进口矿配比后 ,Al2 O3 含量升高对炉渣流动性带来的不利影响 ,对唐钢高炉的炉渣性能进行了试验研究。并结合国内同行业的生产实践经验 ,从理论上分析了炉渣中Al2 O3 及MgO的适宜含量范围 ,着重论述了唐钢所处冀东矿区条件下降低Al2 O3 的主要途径及适应高Al2 O3
More and more imported iron ore had been consumed in the No. 2 Ironmaking Plant of Tangshan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd in recent two years and consequently the slag property had been changed, especially the increased value of Al 2O 3in slag has defect on slag fluidity. By experiments research and the actual operations experience, the suitable value of Al 2O 3and MgO content in slag is analyzed.The actual operation methods for high Al 2O 3 slag and the measures of decreased Al 2O 3 on the condition of the iron material are discussed.
