摘要
以天然气项目融资特点为基础 ,阐述了天然气项目的各种融资方式及可行性 ,提出了天然气项目的融资对策应根据不同的阶段、不同的主体、不同的产业链、不同的企业规模来选择适宜的融资方式 ,最后指出了天然气项目融资的建议 :从产业链的相关性整体考虑融资 ;积极吸引私人投资 ;重视从本国筹资 ;政府应采用多种政策支持 ,为天然气项目的融资营造良好的环境。
On the basis of financing characteristic of natural project,every financing channel and its feasibility are expounded,and financing measures are brought forward-according to different phases,different main bodies,different industry chains and different enterprise scales,different financing channels and methods should be chosen.Finally,financing suggestions are made,including taking whole industry chains into consideration,attracting private investment,attaching importance to raising money from homeland,and stipulating government policies for good financing environment.
