煤炭企业与煤炭城市协同发展的规律探讨

ANALYSIS ON COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT PRINCIPLE OF COAL ENTERPRISES & COAL CITIES

本文在对煤炭企业与煤炭城市关联分析的基础上 ,分析了二者协同发展的必要性 ,二者协同发展的指导思想、协同发展目标和发展重点 ,在此基础上 ,利用波士顿矩阵分析法提出了煤炭企业与煤炭城市协同发展的基本规律。

Based on the analysis of the relation between coal enterprises and coal cities,the author elaborates the neressity of their cooperative development,as well as the guilling ideas,aims and key projects.Furthermore,the cucthor puts forward the basic pvinciples in the cooperative development of coal enterprises and coal cities,by employing Boston Matrix Analysis Method.
