摘要
对17例慢性牙周炎患者牙龈组织基膜进行电镜观察发现,随着病情加重基膜出现增生,断裂,分离及多层化等不同程度的改变,与基膜关系密切的微原纤维亦称耐酸纤维,同时严重受损并形成颗粒样物,沉集在基膜附近,在基膜断裂之穴口中可见有胶原纤维嵌入。这样既破坏了基膜的防御屏障,也阻碍了牙周其它正常组织的修复,从而进一步加深了牙周病的发展。
The etiology of the chronic periodontitis is related not only to the defensive function of the oral mucosa. A perfect defensive barrier of the oral mucosa play an important role in the pathoge-nesis of this disease. The present study indecated in the course of the disease the ultrasturctre of base membrane features are complex. We found the microfibrisl i.e. oxytalan fibers just ben-eath the base mambrane were also marked effected and formed a fi-ne gianular precipitate. Therefore tended to increase damaged to the defensive barrier are interposed by collagen fibrils passed through the resultant orifices and prevent to rapair thus further may be deterio injurious to the preindontium.
