摘要 血管活性肠肽(VIp)为消化管道众多肽能神经中分布较为广泛的一种,用组织化学,细胞化学和荧光免疫等方法对消化管道肽能神经的研究在国内外日趋增多,手段不一,但应用全层铺片法观察人大肠单一物质的分布却很少有报道。本文介绍的就是这个领域的实验结果。 The vasactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) is one of the piptide with wide distribution in the human body especially in the digestive system. Studies in the field are continuosly increasing in abr-oad orinthecountry. But there still were few reports on the observation using immunohistochemical whole mount preparation. Here the writer have observed 159 of samples from 5 cases of normal parts of the human colon with immunohistochemical whole mount staining and considered that there were a abundant spread of VIP immunoreactive structrue in human colon with its own characteristics.
