成人良性食管支气管瘘

Benign Esophagobronchial Fistular in Adults

本文报告4例成人良性食管支气管瘘。临床上4例均有饮水呛咳史及肺部感染,3例咯血。本组3例通过食管钡餐造影明确诊断。2例接受瘘管单纯切除,食管憩室内翻缝合术;2例接受瘘管切除及全肺切除术。1例术后发生食管胸膜瘘。

Four cases with benign esophagobronchial fistula are reported, All the 4 Cases had the history of cough post drinking and recurrent infection of the lungs and 3 of them with hemoptysis The diagnosis was confirmed by barium meal examination of the esophagus in 3 cases. Two patients received the resection of the fistulae with a inverting sutures of the esophageal diverticula. Fistulectomies and pneumonectomies were performed in 2 cases. Esophago-pleural fistula was occurred in one case postoperatively.
