On the Nature of Supervision within the Party and Its Grass-roots Strategy

党内监督的性质取决于党内关系的性质,尤其是党内的组织原则与形式。因此,党内民主化的建设决定了党内监督的基层策略必须调动社会力量参与的广泛性和积极性,从而使监督本身成为党内民主的有效实践形式。

The nature of supervision within the Party is determined by the nature of the relationship within the Party, especially the organizational principle and form within the Party. Therefore, the building of democracy within the Party determines the mobilization of the active and extensive involvement of social forces so as to make supervision itself an effective practice form of democracy within the Party.
