摘要
该文以自然语言的方式,采用开放式问卷(n=1347)、理论分析等方法编制幼儿个性发展教师评定问卷,并通过探索性因素分析(n=715)、验证性因素分析(n=927)得出,教师评价的幼儿个性结构由智能特征、认真自控、情绪性、亲社会性四个维度11个特质构成。问卷具有较好的信度和效度。
By means of natural language, open-ended questionaires(n = 1347) and theoretical analysis, a questionnaire of personality of Chinese pre-school children was made. By explorative factor analysis (n = 715) and confirmative factor analysis (n = 927), a Chinese preschool children's personality structure of teachers' rating was established, which includes four dimensions and eleven traits.
