摘要
家长式领导是华人企业管理本土化研究的热点问题,然而国内这方面的实证研究并不多见。本研究通过实证研究,探讨了员工价值观不同,对家长式领导的接受程度的影响,并认为,家长式领导模式要有效,必须考虑员工价值观状况和员工对组织和领导的依赖程度。
Paternalistic leadership is a very popular topic on the research the localization of management of enterprises of Chinese origin. This research was designed to discuss the relationships on the relationship of value orientation of employees with paternalistic leadership. It was discovered that the expectancy of authoritarian leadership and benevolent leadership would promote the collective and familial orientation of tahe staff.
