摘要
本文对我院自1975年1月——1990年12月间所遇耳部3例,鼻部10例腺样囊性癌病例作了临床与病理的观察及总结。病理分为筛孔、梁索、实体及腺管四型。治疗以手术加放疗为主。并进行了随访:失访2例、死亡3例,其余8例健在或带瘤生存。
This report presents climical and pathological analyses for thirteen pati- ents with adenoid cystic carcimoma in ear and nose that are presenled during the period from 1975 to 1990.3 of 13 patients involved the ear,others involred the nasal cavity and simuses.Operation and rediation were main treatment plan.The pathology divided into cribriform,trabecular,solid arid adenotub- ular four types.All cases were follow up,2 cases were lost,3 cases dead and the rest eight survival.
