摘要
本组15例桥脑小脑角肿瘤和不同病因脑干病变对比研究表明,电生理检查的异常率高于临床和 CT。桥脑小脑角(CPA)肿瘤和脑干内占位病变均有一侧听觉脑干诱发电位表现为Ⅱ—Ⅴ峰间期延长和Ⅰ—Ⅴ/Ⅰ—Ⅱ比值>1,其临床意义为脑干移位或受压。用多种电生理检查有助于鉴别 CPA 肿瘤和其它脑干内病变。
multiple elecerophysiologlcal tests (ABR、SSEP and PR—VEP) were recorded and studied in 15 cases of CPATs and brainstem disorders,which indentified by clinical manifestations and CT scanning.The results showed that the abnormal findings in multiple electrophysiological examinations were more than that in clinic and CTs.we found there was an average significant increase of the Ⅲ—Ⅴ IPL and Ⅲ—Ⅴ/Ⅰ—Ⅲ IPL>1 on one side in the patients with CPATs and intrinsic brainstem mass,This finding suggested that there was some displacement or compressed of brainstem.lt was helpful for distinguished CPATs from brainstem disordert with multiple electrophy- siologieal tests.
