视神经病变的图形视诱发电位和图形视网膜电图

P-ERG and P-VEP in optic Neuropathy The Resarch Lab in Eye Disease

摘要 本文以黑白棋盘方格反转作为视刺激,对30例45只急性视神经病变患眼、27例42只视神经萎患眼进行了图形视诱发电位(P—VEP)及图形视网膜电图(P—ERG)检测.结果表明:急性视神经病变患眼 P—YEPLP_1明显延长、振幅低小,单眼患病者两眼间 LP_1差值大于正常。P—ERGb 波潜伏期延长、振幅低小。其 P—VEP 异常率为93%,P—ERG异常率为40%。视神经萎缩患眼 P—YEPLP_1 延长,振幅明显低小,单眼患病者两眼间LP_1差值无明显异常。P—ERGLb 延长.Ab 明显低小。P—VEP 异常率为80% P—ERG异常率为67%。作者认为:P—VEP、P—ERG 联合检测对视神经病变的诊断、病变分层的估计、预后评价、病程进展监测有重要价值。 We measured P-ERG and P-VEP in 30 cases 45 eyes with acuth optic neuropathy (AONP) and 97 cases 42 eyes with optic atrophy (OA). The result showed that,in patients with AONP,the latency of P-VEP P_1 wave was obviously increased,the amplitude of P-VEP P_1 wave was dece- ased,the difference between two eyes of one patient with monocular AONP was greater than normal's,the latency of P-ERG b wave was increased, the amplitude of P-ERG b wave was decreased,the rate of abnormal P-VEP and P-ERG were 90% and 49% respectively.The result also indiated that in patients with OA,the latency of P-VEP P_1 wave was delayed,the amplitude of P-VEP P_1 wave was obviously decreased,the difference between two eyes of one patient with monocular OA was not abnormal, the latency of P-ERG b wave was increased,the amplitude was obviously decreased,the rate of abnormal P-VEP and P-ERG were 80% and 67% respectively.We considered that the associated use of P-VEP and P-ERG favourable of diagnosis,distinguishing diagnosis,and prognosis in optic neuropathy.
