摘要
研究了β成核剂和镁盐晶须对聚丙烯力学性能的影响 ,并对其进行了DSC分析。研究表明 ,镁盐晶须能大大提高聚丙烯的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量 ,而冲击强度基本保持不变。在聚丙烯 /镁盐晶须体系中加入β成核剂后 ,能大大提高复合材料的冲击强度 ,β成核剂在晶须填充聚丙烯体系中有明显的β球晶诱导作用。
The influence of β-nucleator and M-HOS whisker on the mechanical behavior of polypropylene were studied . In addition, DSC was used to characterize the morphology of the polypropylene composites. The results showed that the tensile strength ,bending strength and bending modulus of polypropylene were significantly enhanced by M-HOS Whisker, while the impact strength was not affected . The impact strength of PP/ M-HOS whisker composites was significantly enhanced by the addition of β-nucleator, because β-nucleator had the function of inducement of βspherulite in the composites of polypropylene filled with M-HOS whisker.
