摘要 目的 研究姜黄对肝细胞色素P4501A2的影响。方法 以咖啡因为工具药,HPLC法检测其药代动力学变化。结果 咖啡因因体内代谢减慢,半衰期延长。结论 姜黄可以抑制肝药酶,减慢咖啡因的代谢。 Objective To study the efiect of Rhizoma Curcumae longae on cytochrome P4501A2. Methodes Caffeine was used as control drug,and pharmacokinetics was studied by HPLC.Results The metabolism of caffeine was slowed,T1/2 of caffeine in the trial group was longer than that in the control group. Conclusions Rhizoma Curcumae longae inhibits the cytochrome P4501A2.
