摘要
目的 通过碱性成纤维细胞生长因子/胎儿骨(bFGF/FB)复合骨植入下颌智齿拔除后牙槽窝,观察其预防干槽症的临床效果,为预防干槽症提供有效方法。方法 将bFGF/FB复合骨与单纯FB骨分别制备成外形色泽一样的植入材料,双盲法编为Ⅰ、Ⅱ号,按患者就诊顺序以完全随机分组,设计分为A、B、C三组,每组30例。A组用Ⅰ号材料,B组用Ⅱ号材料,C组为常规拔牙槽窝内不放任何材料。结果 植入Ⅰ、Ⅱ号材料组均无干槽症发生,空白组有3例干槽症,发生率为10%。3组病例的一般情况,阻生类型、手术方时间和术后处理经均衡性检验,无显著性差异。结论 bFGF/FB复合骨的植入在预防干槽症中起到重要作用。
Objective To study the effects of basic fibroblast growth factor/fetal bone(bFGF/FB) complex in the prevention of dry socket after extraction of the mandibular third molar.Method 90 patients were randomly divided into groups A,B and C,30 each. For groups A and B, bFGF/FB complex or fetal bone alone were implanted into the socket of the mandibular third molar following tooth extraction, where as group C was treated as controls. All the patients were followed up for 7 days. Results Dry socket occurred in 3 cases in group C, while did not in groups A and B. Conclusions bFGF/FB complex or fetal bone is effective in preventing dry socket.
