摘要
研完了用溶胶-凝胶法制备的具有堇青石陶瓷组成的无定形超细粉末坯体的致密化过程,确定了适合于堇青石(MAS)陶瓷的最佳烧结制度。提出了以部分无机盐为原料、用溶胶-凝胶法制备的MAS的形成机理。研究结果表明:坯体的致密化过程先于MAS晶体的形成,该过程发生在700~900℃之间,α-MAS是通过μ-MAS、β-石英固溶体及尖晶石于1150℃反应而形成的。采用纯度高、均匀性好的超细粉是MAS陶瓷烧结性能大为改善的主要原因。
Densification behavior of ultrafine powder (compucts) with cordierite compo- sition prepared by sol-gel method was studied. The optimum sintering schedule for cordierite ceramics was determined. The formation mechanisms of α-cordierite were proposed based on investigation on crystal structure of ceramics sintered at different temperature. The results showed that the densification occured between 700~900℃, before the formation of crystalline cordierite, α-cordierite was formed through μ-cordierite, β-quartz solid solution and spinel at 1 150℃. It was the utilization of ultrafine powder with high purity and homogeneity that greatly improved the sinterability of cordierite ceramics.
