摘要
研究了亚硝基R盐 (nitrosoRsalt)作为萃取剂和显色剂 ,在聚乙二醇 (PEG) nitrosoRsalt (NH4 ) 2 SO4 体系中的非有机溶剂萃取光度法测定镍。将nitrosoRsalt Ni(Ⅱ )配合物从pH 5 .8(HAc NaAc缓冲溶液 )的溶液中萃取至PEG相 ,其最大吸收波长位于 490nm ,摩尔吸光系数为 1.40× 10 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,Ni(Ⅱ )的线性范围为 0~ 3 0 μg·ml- 1 ,Ni(Ⅱ )与nitrosoRsalt的配合比为 1∶3。此方法用于铝合金中镍的测定 ,获得满意结果。
In PEG-nitroso R salt-(NH 4) 2SO 4 system,the spectrophotometric determination of Ni(Ⅱ) by using nitroso R salt as extractant and devolopment agent of non-organic solvents was studied. Complex was extracted by PEG phase from the water solution of pH 5 8 (HAc-NaAc). The maximum absorption of the complex is at 490 nm and the molar absorptivity 1.34×104 L·mol -1·cm -1. Beer′s raw was obeyed in the range of Ni(Ⅱ) 0~30 μg·ml -1. The molar ratio of Ni(Ⅱ) and nitroso R salt in a stable complex is 1∶3. The method has been applied to the determination of nickel in aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
