Evaluation of drug treatment in chronic constipation

慢性便秘患者的药物治疗仍有挑战,有效的药物治疗取决于使肠道和排便病理生理恢复正常的可能 性。讨论了慢性便秘药物治疗的评价指标、各类药物的药效及临床验证和评价。

Chronic constipation remains a therapeutic challenge in part because of limited un-derstanding of the pahophysiology. Effective drug treatment depends on possibility of normolized physi-ology of gut and defecation. The paramaters of evaluation for drug treatment, efficacy of drugs, clinical trial and its evaluation were discussed in this paper.
