摘要 对文题提出了一种控制方案。使生产全程的创利为最高是优化目标,操作变量则是各罐批的流加发酵周期。各单罐罐批效益函数的在线估计是进行发酵周期优化控制的基础。实例证明,该优化方法能给生产厂家带来直接的经济效益。它也适用于生产工艺与赤霉素发酵相类似的一般流加发酵,如抗生素生产过程等。 A steady stale optimization approach for the multitank fed-batch fermentation of gibberellic acid was proposed. The object was to maximize the total profit of the whole plant. The fermentation period of each run of fed-batch culture was chosen as the main manipulating variable and was optimized based on the on-line estimation of its own profit function. It was illustrated by industrial examples that this approach is very beneficial to commercial plants. Furthermore, it may be also used in some other secondary metabolic fermentations, i.e., antibiotic production.
