中国建筑铝型材表面处理工业现状

Current Situation of China's Architectural Aluminum Profile Surface Treatment Industry

2002年我国建筑铝型材产量达到130-150万吨,估计正在运转的建筑铝型材工厂有500家左右,其中2002年已经取得生产许可证的为387家。在建筑铝型材这个工业领域中,表面处理技术的发展进步最快。80年代只有单一的阳极氧化、Sn 盐着色和冷封孔生产线,随后引进了电泳、粉末喷涂、PVDF 喷涂等。最近,彩色电泳、木纹与大理石图案喷涂以及大型立式镍盐着色电泳生产线引进我国。广东、苏南浙北、辽宁山东环渤海圈三个地区是铝型材最发达的地区,其产量约占全国的60%,许多新技术和新设备首先在这些地区引进。我国建筑市场尤其是上海和广东特别青睐粉末喷涂材,估计产量已经达到建筑铝型材的25%,在上海附近地区粉末喷涂材几乎与阳极氧化材平分秋色。本文还介绍有关铝合金表面处理的国家标准和产品质量抽查检测的情况。

The output of architectural aluminum profile is 1300-1500 kt in China in 2002,and there are about 500 factories in operation, among them 387 ones get production licenses authorized by the govemment in 2002.The technical progress and development of the surface treatment is quicker than other processes in this industry.In the 1980's there are only the anodizing-Sn salt electrolytic coloring- cold sealing production lines in China;later on,many new processes are introduces,they are electrodeposited anodic coating,static powder spraying,static liquid-phase PVDF spraying and so on;recently,the electrodeposited coating with colored paint,static powder spraying with wooden or marble pattem,and the large vertical production line with Ni salt electrolytic coloring with electrodeposited coat- ing are introduced into China.The three regions,Guangdong province,southem Jiangsu and northem Zhejiang,Liaoning-Shandong area round the Bohai sea,are the best developed in this field in China now,which production is about 60% of the total production in China,many new technologies and equipments are first introduced into these regions.Recently,China's architectural market,especial- ly in Shanghai and Guangdong,prefers the powder coating products,so the powder spraying technology is developing at high speed,its annual production has reach about 25% of the total production of architectural aluminum profile,and its market share is almost equal to that of anodized products in Shanghai area.In addition,The paper introduces the national standard of aluminum alloy surface treatment and the result of product quality sampling inspection.
