摘要
我院设计的2050mm 六辊不可逆铝带冷轧机的卷取机采用三台直流电机串联的传动方案。其高速档为单电机传动,而且其它两台电机不脱开联接。本文针对这种情况校核单台电机的输出力矩是否能够满足卷取张力的要求。
The three motors tandem drive scheme is adopted while designing the recoiler drive system of 2050 mm six-high non- reversing aluminum strip cold rolling mill developed by our institute.The high gear of the recoiler is driven by a single motor with the others idling along with it.The paper checks if the output torque of the single motor can meet the requirement of recoiling tension in this working condition.
