国外农业科研、教育与推广相结合体制的特点研究

Study on Characteristics of Combination Systems of Agricultural Researcher, Education and Extension in other Counties

介绍了国外农业科技体系运行机制的一些特点及优点,着重指出农业教育、科研与推广相结合体制促使科技人员更好地了解农民和企业需要,研究项目从农业生产与经营实践中来,为农民、市场和消费者服务,目的性很明确。同时,农民和企业家也可参与到研究项目的确定与成果评定等活动中来,发挥农民和企业家对研究活动的关注和主动性。

This paper introduced some characteristics of working mechanism of the agricultural sci-technology systems in other countries. It mainly pointed out the three-combination is a superior system for combining the agricultural education, research and extension work. The system makes the scientists understand the requirement of the farmers and the businessmen deeply; the research program can be put forward from the agricultural production and practices; the research purposes are very clear that are serving for the farmers, markets and the consumers. Simultaneously, the farmers and the businessmen can also take part in the acti vities of determination the research programs and the evaluation the achievements and do more the initiative in concerning scientific activities.
