摘要
本文介绍水库长期使用的基本依据、运用规划。三峡水库属河道型水库,具有长期使用的优越条件;采用“蓄清排浑”的运用方式,正常蓄水位175m方案,运用100a后,可以保留水库有效库容86%~92%;水库回水变动区泥沙淤积较少;重庆市1%洪水水位约为199.2m,上游建库后,将不超过196m。
This article describes the basis and the planning of operation for a permanent use of a reser - voir. The Three Gorges Project reservoir belongs to a stream-form, with favourable conditions for permanent use. Under the conditions of reservoir operation scheme of 'discharging the turbid and impounding the clear' and the normal pool level (NPL) of 175m, after 100 years operation of the reservoir, 86 %- 92% of utilizable capacity may be preserved. Deposition in the fluctuating backwater region will be insignificant. For a 1% flood, the flood stage at Chongqing might be 199. 2m. When additional reservoirs to be built upstream of TGP, the flood stage at Chongqing would not exceed 196m.
