摘要
根据矿块崩落法的放矿特点,运用微机进行月放矿计划编制、日和月放矿指令的发布以及日、周、月以及总的放矿资料统计。此方法成功地应用于漓渚铁矿不稳固矿体中的放矿管理,使矿块视在矿石回收率达到100%,矿石贫化率低于20%;使矿山放管理智能化、自动化,使矿山生产更加科学化。
Taking into account the ore drawing features in the block caving system, a microcomputer is used to arrange monthly drawing plans, give daily and monthly ore-drawing instructions, and collect statistics on the basis of each day, each week, each month and total ore-drawing amount. The successful application of this computerized ore drawing control system to the unstable orebody at Lizhu Iron Ore Mine has raised the apparent ore recovery up to 100% and has resulted in the ore dilution rate less than 20%. Further, ore drawing control can be automatized by means of artificial intelligence, thus bringing better scientific management to the mining operation.
