摘要
本文阐述硫铁矿中铁离子的产生,及其对硫化矿氧化、自燃过程的作用。根据室内矿样试验表明,铁离子浓度愈大,硫化矿氧化速度越快,发生火灾的可能性就越大。因此除去铁离子的措施是抑制黄铁矿氧化、消除内因火灾隐患的有效途径。文中介绍除去铁离子的方法。
The generation of iron ions in sulfide mineral and their function in oxidation and spontaneous combustion of sulfide mineral are described. The indoor test result of ore samples has shown that the higher the content of iron ions, the faster the speed of sulfide mineral oxidates and the greater the possibility of fire hazard exists. Therefore, the removal of iron ions is the best way to constrain the oxidaton of pyrite and to eliminate the hidden danger of intrinsic combustion. An introduction, to the method of iron ions removal is given.
