柴油机微粒捕捉器电加热再生控制系统及控制策略的研究 被引量:2

摘要 柴油机微粒捕捉器热再生系统实用化的关键在于对过滤体的可靠再生,而过滤体的可靠再生则取决于对再生过程的有效控制。根据开发的柴油机排气微粒捕捉器电加热再生系统实用化的需要,提出了利用排气气流对过滤体再生过程进行控制的思想,分析了影响微粒捕捉器电加热再生过程的各种因素。在此基础上,进行了微粒捕捉器电加热再生控制系统设计,确定了再生系统的控制策略。 The key problem of the application of the heated regeneration system of diesel exhaust particulate filter is the reliable regenefation of the filter,and that the reliable regeneration of the particulate filter will depend on the effective control of the regeneration process. According to the need of the application of the electrical heated regeneration system of the diesel exhaust particulate filter, a control idea by using the exhaust flow to colltrol the regeneration process of the filter is proposed. On the basis of the analysis of the factors affected the filter electrical heated regeneration process, the control system of the electrical heated regeneration system of diesel particulate filter is designed and the control strategy of the regeneration system is put forward.
