摘要
探讨了采用单独的水解酸化、接触氧化及水解酸化 -接触氧化相结合这三种工艺处理某印染废水的效果。结果显示 ,针对CODcr为 5 32mg/L、色度为 5 12倍的原水 ,在总停留时间 2 4h的情况下 ,采用水解酸化 -接触氧化工艺在三种处理工艺中较有效 ,可以获得 84 %的CODcr去除率及 88%的脱色率 ,而且该工艺对原水水质的pH有强的适应能力。
This paper describes the research of the treatment processes for a kind of printing and dyeing wastewater. Three treatment techniques were applied in this research: hydrolysis acidification, biological contact and acidification-biological technique. Results showed that hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation treatment was a more effective process. By controlling the optimal conditions strictly, removing rates of CODcr and chroma were up to 84% and 88% after being treated for 24 hours for the wastewater (CODcr:532 mg/L,chroma: 512). Also, the technique suited well to the pH of the wastewater.
