中药复方“促长散”对肉鸡生长及血清激素的影响

The effect of Chinese herbal medicine formulas Cuzhangsan on growth of broiler and levels of serum hormone

选择 1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡 3 0 0只分为 10组 ,分别以 0 5 %、1%、2 %的剂量添加中药复方“促长散”方Ⅰ、方Ⅱ和方Ⅲ ,进行肉鸡饲养对比试验。分别于 1d、14d、2 8d、42d、5 6d测量各组鸡体重和消耗饲料量 ;2 8d、5 6d测量血清激素水平。结果中草药添加剂各组方皆可不同程度地提高肉鸡生长速度 ,降低了料肉比 ,GH水平低于对照组 ,T3、T4 水平高于对照组。促生长效果最好的为方Ⅰ 2 %添加组。

Three hurdred one day healthy broilers were choosed and divided them into ten groups separately,use 0.5%,1%,2% dose of Chinese herbal medicine which compound with Cuzhangsan Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ to engage in contrast test of raise broilers,at 1 d,14 d,28 d,56 d survey weight and comsume capacity for feed of broilers of each groups.at 28 d and 56 d, the level of concentration of serum hormone were detected.The result showed that Chinese herbal medicine additive of each recipe has different degree in increase the growth speed of broilers and reduce the rate of breed and meat.The level of GH is lower than the control group,but the levels of T_3 and T_4 is higher,The best effect of accelerate growth is Cuzhangsan I,and dosage of 20%.
