In this article we present the challenges and chances faced by information organization in the chaotic information space.They are expound in three aspects:information description,structure of information organization and knowledge innovation.The paper emphasizes how to create a knowledge organization structure with self-organizing and innate driving ability which conforms to knowledge evolution forms when facing complicated information environment.
