为满足现代战争对后勤保障提出的新要求,改革传统的营房保障模式,根据信息系统、数据库及网络建设的理论,通过对军区营房管理部门组织结构、工作流程、业务内容、部门权限的分析,提出了军区营房管理辅助决策信息系统设计的要求、系统的配置、系统主要模块划分等内容,为系统的进一步开发搭建了框架.

For the purpose of meeting the demands of modern battles and reforming the traditional service pattern, this article based on the theory of information system, database and network construction, put forward the requests, collocations and main patterns of barracks management decision - making assistant information system designing on the basis of the analysis of the structure and operation of military area barracks department, which built the framework for the latter designing of this system.
