高校体育人才资源配置结构模式调查研究

Research on the Distribution and Structural Model of Sports Talent Resources in Universities

运用文献研究法、调查法、数理统计法对我国高校体育人才资源配置状况进行分析,认为年龄结构、职称结构、学历结构、知识结构等几个方面存在着与素质教育现状不相适应的矛盾,并提出优化体育人才的知识结构、加快职称改革步伐、加强能力建设规划和突出中青年人才的学科优势等一系列建议,为我国高校体育人才的可持续性发展提供人才方面的理论基础。

This article analyses the distribution of physical education talent resources in colleges and universities in China by means of documents research, investigation and mathematical statistics. It points out that the structure of ages, occupational titles and the knowledge structure of talents are unfit for the quality education and therefore puts forward the following suggestions: optimize the knowledge structure of talents,fasten the steps of reform of occupational title, strengthen the capability of building and emphasize the academic advantages of the young and middle - aged talents. This article provides theoretical basis for the sustainable development of physical education talents.
