论中国的东北亚区域战略

China's Regional Strategies in Northeast Asia

对于中国来讲,在东北亚区域实现其安保、政治外交和经济利益最大化的理想状态,只能是构筑高层次的和实质性的国际间合作体系。中国与美国在东北亚区域的战略相背,所以,中国要想实施东北亚区域的发展战略,就必须大幅度地削弱美国在东北亚地区的影响力,这是重组东北亚地区的政治结构并实施东北亚区域战略所必需的前提。

The only way China can take to establish the ideal state of security protection, political diplomacy, and maximized economic profits is to construct a high-leveled and practical international cooperation structure. China and the USA adopt the opposite strategies in Northeast Asia. Therefore, the implementation of developing strategies in Northeast Asia requires China to largely diminish the influencing force of the USA in this region, which is the prerequisite for restructuring the political situation of Northeast Asia and of implementing China's regional strategies in Northeast Asia.
