Japan's "Problem Legal System" and its Influence on the Situations of Japan and Northeast Asia

日本政府"有事法制"的出台,引起了日本国内及周边国家的关注。日本政治大国化战略、美国的全球战略及朝鲜半岛变幻不定的局势成为日本政府"有事法制"出笼的催化剂,而这一政策可能会造成东北亚地区局势的新一轮动荡,给地区安全带来不稳定因素。

The newly published 'Problem Legal System' of the Japanese government has aroused great concern in and around Japan. It is held that the formulation of this policy has been accelerated by the combination of three factors, i.e. Japan's strategies of establishing a political power state, globalization strategies of the USA, and the unsteady situation of the Korean Peninsula. However, the implementation of this policy may introduce a new round of destabilizing factors to the regional situation of Northeast Asia.
