摘要
Southeast Asia is not only the source but also the center of the mdeia of Chinese outside China.The media have experienced many ups and downs in the developmental process,which are the heating arguments between the revolutionaries and the royalists,the prosperity in the1990s,the prime time in the early days after the war,the silent period during Japanese ocˉcupation and the decline period in the1960s and1970s.Since the1970s,especially nowadays,with the relaxation of tensions in the international situation,the changes in the situations among the Southeast Asian countries and China’s rise of international status,the media in the stated areas have been restored and further developed.
