摘要
提出了一个非市场条件下农业技术的诱导创新模型 ,并用统计和实验数据对其进行了验证。说明在非市场机制情况下 ,如果政府的目标与资源禀赋状况一致 ,技术进步的方向与要素稀缺状况也可以是一致的。
An induced technical innovation model in non-market oriented economy is developed and tested with field experiment data.The results reveal if the government′s objective is consisted with resource endowment,technological improvement will keep direction with resource scarcity in non-market oriented economy.
