五氯酚对土壤微生物数量及酶活性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了不同浓度的五氯酚对土壤微生物细菌、真菌、放线菌数量及土壤磷酸酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蛋白酶活性的影响.结果表明,在所选定的处理浓度下,五氯酚对细菌表现为刺激作用,其质量浓度为500mg·kg-1(T2)的处理对细菌的刺激作用更为直接和迅速,处理后10d,细菌数量比对照土壤(T1)增加43%;五氯酚对土壤真菌表现为抑制作用,处理后2d,500,1000(T3),1500mg·kg-1(T4)的处理对真菌的抑制率分别为81%,90%,95%,随着时间的延长,抑制率逐渐降低;T2的放线菌数量在处理后10d达到最低,抑制率为79%.T2的过氧化氢酶活性在处理后10d,达到测定时间内的最高值,增加了58%;磷酸酶对五氯酚比较敏感,在处理后2d均测不到酶活性,随着处理时间的延长,酶活性逐渐恢复;五氯酚对脲酶活性表现为抑制作用,T3在处理后10d酶活性为0;T3,T4的蛋白酶活性受五氯酚的影响最为明显,在处理后2d即测不到酶活性. A study was conducted on the effect of PCP on number of microorganism and the activity of Phosphatase, Urease, Catalase, Proteinase in soil under different concentrations. The results indicated that under the chosen concentrations , PCP stimulated bacteria, the stimulation was more direct and rapid under the concentration of 500 mg·kg^(-1),on the tenth day, the number of bacteria increased by 43% compared with the control(T1); PCP inhibited fungi,On the 2nd day, 81%,90%,95% of fungi couldn't grow under concentrations of 500 ,1 000(T3),1 500 mg·kg^(-1)(T4) respectively, as time went on inhibition became weaker; the number of actinomycete decresed by 79% under the concentration of 500 mg·kg^(-1) on the tenth day; Catalase activity of T2 reached its peak(increased by 58%) on the tenth day; Phosphatase is more sensitive to PCP, on the second day, there was no tested enzyme activity, but as time passed by, the activity began to restore; PCP inhibit Urease activity, the activity became 0 in T3;Proteinase activity in T3 and T4 was mest obviously affected by PCP,and it disappeared in T4 on the second day.
