随机边界方式测量灌溉效率在不同管理模式灌区水稻生产中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 利用包含技术非效率影响的随机生产边界,对2种不同管理模式灌区2002年的农户调查资料进行了分析,结果显示,不论是2个灌区共同的生产边界或是各自的生产边界,从总体上说,灌溉管理制度的改革尽管取得了其他方面的效果,但改革灌区的农户并没有比传统管理方式灌区的农户表现出更高的技术效率. The 2002 production data from households of two irrigation districts were analyzed using a stochastic production frontier, including a model for the technical inefficiency effects. The results show that whether it was a 'pooled' production frontier for the two irrigation districts or it mas one's own frontier for each irrigation districts, on the whole, the reform of irrigation management institution had achieved some effect otherwise, but the households from irrigation district using traditional management mode were technically more efficient than those from reforming irrigation district.
