摘要
对国外猪种(大约克、皮特兰、德国长白、丹麦长白)与嘉兴黑猪(嘉兴黑猪、新嘉兴黑猪)杂交后代的生长性状、胴体性状和肉质性状进行了主成分分析,结果表明:21个变量综合成8个互不相关的主成分,累计贡献率达86.12%,可基本反映原指标提供的信息量。通过建立综合评定杂交效果的线性方程,对各杂交组合进行了排序。
Principal Components Analysis was carried out to study the performance of growth, carcass and meat quality of the crossbreeding pigs between european pigs and Jiaxing Black Pig. The results showed that 21 traits were combined into 8 independent principal components, and the accumulating contribution rate was 86.12 %. It could basically reflect the information of the original traits. A linear model for comprehensive evaluation of crossbreeding effect was also established.
