摘要 MicroRNA是1类约22nt的小分子RNA,可通过与靶基因转录的mRNA互补配对来调节靶基因的表达,这些靶基因大多为参与动植物发育的转录因子。在植物中已发现microRNA参与了分生组织特征维持、叶极性建立和形态发育、花器官特征决定等多种发育过程。 MicroRNA is a sort of small RNA molecules about 22nt in length. They can complement to homologous mRNA and then interfere the expression of their target genes. It was found that most target genes are transcription factors involved in plant and animal development. In plant microRNA controls many developmental process, such as maintenance of apical meristem, leaf polarity establishment and morphogenesis and floral organ identity determination.
