摘要 采用4因素6×2拟水平的均匀设计法合成了一种新的抗盐性吸水剂。通过指标与因素间的回归分析,得出单体配比和引发剂用量两个条件对该吸水剂吸盐率的影响显著。优化的合成条件是:单体丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)的质量配比为5.5~6.5,交联剂用量为0.04%~0.07%,引发剂用量为0.04%~0.06%,蒙脱土(MMT)含量为7%~8%;吸水剂在10%NaCl溶液中的吸盐率为70%~75%。 A new kind of composite absorbent with salt resistance was synthesized by arranging 4 factors with 6×2 levels in terms of homogenous experimental design. Multiple regressions between target and factors were analyzed. The result showed that the mass ratio of AM to AA and amount of initator had significant effects on the salt-water absorbing capacity. Optimum conditions for synthesis were as follows:the mass ratio of AM to AA was 5.5~6.5, contents of crosslinker, initator and MMT were 0.04%~0.07 %, 0.04%~0.06% and 7%~8% respectively. The absorbing capacity of titled substance was up to 70%~75% in 10% sodium chloride solution.
