摘要 采用一次投料法合成用作预交联凝胶调剖剂的淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物,简化了生产工艺,降低了生产成本;并考察了淀粉、交联剂及添加剂用量对共聚物产品吸水膨胀倍数、弹性及强度的影响。该调剖剂吸水膨胀倍数在20~60之间可调,吸水膨胀后强度大,粘弹性好。调剖驱油实验结果表明,该调剖剂效果良好。 A new type of precrosslinked gel profile control agent based on starch-aerylamide graft polymer was synthesized, which simplified the process and reduced the production cost. The effects of reaction conditions including amount of starch, crosslinker, and additives on the polymer behaviors such as expansiveness after absorbing water, elastacity and strength were examined. The polymer as profile control agent can be controlled in expansiveness, and has high strength after absorbing water, good elastacity. It can be used in oil wells for a long time.
