苯甲腈液相催化加氢制苄胺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用改性骨架镍催化剂进行苯甲腈液相催化加氢制苄胺工艺研究,并考察了反应温度、压力、溶剂类型和组成、催化剂用量对苄胺收率的影响。在反应温度70℃,反应压力6.0MPa,乙醇为溶剂,溶剂与苯甲腈体积比4:1,催化剂与苯甲腈质量比1:7,搅拌速度300r/min,反应时间60~120min条件下,苯甲腈转化率大于99%,苄胺收率达98.74%,苄胺产品纯度高,催化剂活性及稳定性优良。 Benzonitrile was catalytically bydroconverted to benzylamine on the modifiedRaney Ni catalysts. The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction pressure, solvent kinds and compositions, and catalyst amount on the yield of benzylamine were examined. The reaction was carried out in 300 ml autoclave at 70℃ of temperature,6 MPa of hydrogen pressure with the agitation speed of 300 rpm for 60~120 min using ethanol as sol-vent when the stoichiometric ratios of the solvents and catalysts to benzonitile were 4:1 and 1:7 respectively. The conversion of benzonitrile was more than 99% and the yield of benzytamine was up to 98.7% in the reaction. The purity of benzylamine product was high which showed that the catalyst had good activity and stability.
