摘要 概括了脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺及其衍生物即乙氧基化脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺硫酸酯盐、脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺磷酸酯盐、脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺琥珀酸酯磺酸盐的合成、产品性能和应用研究现状,并展望了其开发应用前景。 Synthesis, properties and application of fatty acid monoethanolamide and its derivatives including fatty acid monoethanolamide sulfate, phosphate and sulfosuccinate were presented. Their applications were prospected.
