摘要
研究农用地分等、定级与估价的关系对于进一步理解、把握规程,深入开展这项工作是至关重要的。在论述其理论的基础上,结合河北省栾城县实例,运用SPSS统计软件,分析数据,验证了三者的关系,并对分等成果的运用与农地估价的方法改进提出了几点建议。
Relation between grading, classification and price is an important part of the theory of grading, classification and appraisal of arable land,which will help us further understand and grasp the regulations so as to do a better job.With Luancheng County,Hebei Province,as an example,this paper proves the relation between the three elements by using SPSS and analyzing the data,along with some advice on application of the achievement and improvement of appraisal methods.
