1Cr18Ni9Ti高强冷拔棒材的生产工艺研究

摘要 1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢的强化是通过冷加工变形来实现的.本文围绕主要影响冷加工强化效应的化学成分、变形量等因素进行了试验研究和分析,并针对具体生产制定了合理可行的生产工艺参数,将ε控制在20%-25%,C控制在中上限,Cr,Ni控制在中下限.生产中适当控制拔制节奏和影响因素,成功地试制出了σb达到800-1000MPa的、又具有良好塑性的高强度1Cr18Ni9Ti冷拔棒材. The strengthening of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel is realized by deformation via cold working.This paper mainly discusses the chemical composition and the degree of deformation which affect cold working strengthening,and also gives reasonable and feasible production technological parameters for production practices.The final product is controlled by limiting ε between 20%-25%,and C at the upper intermediate level and Cr,Ni at lower intermediate level.With a suitable control of cold pulling speeds and some relevant factors,1Cr18Ni9Ti cold pulled bar was successfully produced,which has higher strength(its \%σ\%\-b reaches 800-1 000 MPa),and better ductility.
